Warm Up Week 1-4
This warm up will be completed prior to the programming for each day. The warm up focuses on mobilizing the thoracic spine and hips. Adequate mobility through the thoracic spine and hips reduces loading through the lumbar discs.
Cat/Camel
- 2 sets x 10 reps
Thoracic rotation/extension mobilization
- 2 sets x 10 reps
Leg Swings or Hydrants
- 2 sets x 10-12 reps
Hip Flexor/Quadriceps Stretch
- 2 sets x 30 second hold each side
