"I had been looking at the Herniated Disc Program for a few months before I finally bought it. Honestly, I was skeptical. But I'd tried other exercises and treatments and was still having problems. The price was much less than I'd already spent on other things to help my back. So I went ahead and did it. Within two weeks I noticed an improvement in my low back pain. By a month and a half I was not noticing my back pain daily. By the end of the program I was having periods of two or three weeks when I didn't have any low back pain. Before starting the program, I had back pain every day. This program works. I wish I would have started the program when I found it, instead of waiting two months."

"I'd gone to physical therapy multiple times, at different places, without any lasting results. I'd been to numerous chiropractors, with only short-term relief. Nothing that lasted. I'd tried pain meds, anti-inflammatories and too many devices and gimmicks to remember. I wanted to avoid surgery but was beginning to think it was my only choice. Before going down that road I bought the Herniated Disc Program. I went through the full 12 weeks. It took me closer to 14 weeks because I would miss days here and there. I finished up with the program about two months ago. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see if the benefits lasted. They have. I still do some of the exercises, the ones I learned keep my back feeling the best. I do these two or three days a week. It takes me about ten minutes. My lower back consistently feels the best it has in three years."

FAQs
How much time do I need to do the program each day?
30-45 minutes per day. Total time will vary with each person, depending on rest periods, familiarity with movements, speed at which exercises are completed, etc.
How many days per week is the program?
5 days per week. There are three strength based days and two mobility based days.
How long does the program last?
There are 12 full weeks of programming. You can continue with the program after the 12 weeks. You can also apply what you've learned and put together your own program.
When can I expect to have less lower back pain?
Most people start to experience less lower back pain within 2 weeks of starting the Crush Back Pain programs. Progress continues over the entire 12 week program. The majority of people have minimal to no pain by the end of 12 weeks. The symptoms won't just improve every day or week. You will have good days and bad days, with good days becoming more frequent over the course of the program.
Do I need a gym or any equipment to do the program?
No, you don't need ANYTHING. No gym, no equipment. Your body and the ground is all you need. You can do this anywhere, anytime.
I've tried exercise and physical therapy, it didn't work. Why would this work if exercise didn't work in the past?
Some common reasons spinal rehabilitation exercise does not work.
- The wrong exercises are being done
- The right exercises are being done wrong
- The right exercises are not done consistently
- The right exercises are not progressed over time
- People expect to do one or two exercises for a week or two and have no pain. This rarely happens so they quit and try something else, cycling through various approaches and exercises for short periods, without any lasting benefit.
Why should I use the Herniated Disc program instead of something else?
The Herniated Disc Program works.
The program is based on PROVEN principles including: anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, tissue loading, biochemistry, and exercise science.
The methods and principles presented and applied in the program have been proven to work repeatedly and consistently in the rehabilitation research literature.
The exercise programming has been fine tuned and improved over 16 years of working directly with people who have lower back pain caused by a herniated disc.
The program will work for you.
What if the program does not work for me?
This rarely happens if people do the program consistently. That said, there are exceptions and nothing works all the time for every person. Worst case scenario, the program does not greatly reduce your pain but you're in better shape and understand how to exercise and move to minimize wear and tear through your discs and other lower back tissues.
