Herniated Discs and Low Back Pain
Herniated discs require specific input to fully and effectively heal.
The required input involves specific exercise and movement work that promotes disc healing while improving the health and loading tolerance of the discs.
The program walks you through exactly how to accomplish this, step by step.
It's designed not only to reduce pain but to build a strong, healthy back.
There are no magic exercises. There are no shortcuts. The most effective way to heal your back is to do specific exercises that facilitate disc healing and optimize disc loading tolerance.
These exercises MUST be progressed and done consistently over time.
Common reasons exercise or physical therapy does not work
- The wrong exercises are being done
- The right exercises are being done wrong
- The right exercises are not done consistently
- The right exercises are not progressed over time
- People expect to do one or two exercises for a week or two and have no pain. This rarely happens so they quit and try something else, cycling through various approaches and exercises for short periods, without any lasting benefit.
The Crush Back Pain Programs are a long term solution to low back pain. Not a short term fix.
This is why each program lasts 12 weeks. Stop guessing what exercises you should do and how you should do them. Quit hoping the next thing you try works.
Start the Herniated Disc Without Sciatica Program TODAY and build a stronger, healthier spine than you had before a herniated disc slowed you down.
