How much time do I need to do the program each day?
30-45 minutes per day. Total time will vary with each person, depending on rest periods, familiarity with movements, speed at which exercises are completed, etc.
How long does the program last?
There are 12 full weeks of programming. You can continue with the program after the 12 weeks. You can also apply what you've learned and put together your own program.
What if I miss a day or two each week?
If you miss a day or two simply pick up where you left off. In real life days will be missed. Don't stress. Just resume on the next day of the program when you're able. Due to missed days the program may take 13, 14, or even 15 weeks. This is fine. The key is consistency over time.
When can I expect to have less sciatic and lower back pain?
Most people will start to experience less sciatic pain within 2-3 weeks of starting the Crush Back Pain program. For some people it takes 3 to 4 weeks to begin seeing results. As sciatic pain decreases lower back pain may stay the same or become more intense. Once sciatic pain is minimal or absent the lower back pain will begin gradually decreasing. Progress continues over the entire 12 week program. The majority of people have minimal to no pain by the end of 12 weeks. Pain levels will go up and down over the course of 12 weeks. The symptoms won't just improve every day or week. You will have good days and bad days, with good days becoming more frequent over the course of the program.
Do I need a gym or any equipment to do the program?
No, you don't need ANYTHING. No gym, no equipment. Your body and the ground is all you need. You can do this anywhere, anytime.
